Allee, 14, recently began training at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Foxboro following her family’s move to Mansfield from New Brunswick, Canada. Upon arriving, she and her family began looking for a place where she could train for the upcoming soccer season. They quickly realized Elite was exactly the place she was looking for, and Allee has been an extremely consistent and dedicated presence at Elite ever since! Allee’s been working closely with Elite Sports Performance Coach, Sam Rinaldi, as part of Elite’s D1 Acceleration program and has made significant improvements in her strength, speed, endurance and agility since starting in June 2014. As part of her training and in preparation for a timed mile run, Allee recently completed her first 5K Road Race! She’s been playing soccer since the age of six, but tells us that she truly fell in love with the game at age 11 and has been focused on improving her game ever since. As striker and captain of her U12 team in 2012, she led her team to a championship and even scored the game winning goal!
UPCOMING GOALS: To make the Mansfield Varsity soccer team this fall as an incoming freshman and conquer the six minute mile at tryouts! In the future, Allee hopes to continue her soccer career by playing in the Ivy League and to one day become a sports physical therapist. In the meantime, we know Allee’s dedication to her training, strong work ethic, and commitment to improving her game can only lead to great things in the upcoming season!
