Athlete Training Memberships
A comprehensive, full-body strength training program
to get you maximum results and improve your game!
Elite’s Athlete Membership program begins with an introductory athlete evaluation and training session with an Elite trainer. We devote this initial session to performing an evaluation of each athlete, including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS screens for any deficits or asymmetries in the athlete’s movement patterns, strength, stability, and mobility. We feel this initial assessment is very important, as significant restrictions or deficits in mobility and/or stability may influence an athlete’s ability to perform some exercises safely and effectively.
Athletes are provided with and instructed in a full-body strength training program, developed by Master Trainer, Peter Rappoli, MS, CCS, CSCS, which includes a program book that athletes follow under the general supervision of Elite’s training staff. Athletes are granted access to both Elite facilities (Foxboro & Stoughton) .

Access to Expert Training Staff
Elite’s team of trainers hold either a Bachelor’s degree in the field (i.e. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology) or a nationally-accredited certification in personal training or strength and conditioning, and many of them hold both. Many of them have years, even decades, of experience training clients of all ages. Although clients in the Athlete Membership program do not work under the direct supervision of an Elite trainer, trainers on the gym floor are available for questions and provide instruction and coaching as necessary.

Our full-body strength training program was designed by Master Trainer, co-owner of Elite, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Peter Rappoli, MS, CCS, CSCS. The importance of quality, proven program design cannot be overstated, our Athlete membership program includes a comprehensive training program that will help you improve your strength, endurance, power and performance.
No one should hurt themselves while trying to better themselves and improve their fitness and performance. Elite’s trainers help ensure that clients perform exercises with proper form, appropriate resistance, optimal posture, correct breathing patterns, and spotting assistance as necessary.
