Connor, 14, has been participating in Elite’s Sport Specific Semi-Private Training at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy for over a year and has seen some excellent results from his consistency and hard work. Connor is a freshman at BC High and is an avid hockey and baseball player. He is captain of BC Junior High School baseball team, participates on the 16U Walpole Express Hockey team and 15U RBI Hawks Baseball team.
Connor has been training with one of Elite’s Personal Trainers, Cory McCue, CSCS, who states: “Connor’s biggest improvement in his athletic performance has been his body control. Connor has shown more commitment and dedication to improving than ANY of our young athletes in the past. His willingness to learn, practice and work hard will make Connor not only a successful athlete, but a successful person.”
Connor’s dedication to his strength & conditioning programs at Elite and BC High has been recognized by his baseball coaches, as he was significantly ahead of all the other incoming freshman, to the point where they had Connor working out with the upper class athletes.
We’re excited to honor Connor as our Athlete of the Month and know that his continued dedication and commitment to both his athletics and his academics at BC High will lead to great things in the years ahead. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for our newest Athlete of the Month!
