Semi-Private Training For Adults

Elite’s Adult Semi-Private Training Program, our most popular training option for adult clients, offers the benefits of personal training and quality program design with increased flexibility of scheduling, all at a much lower cost than traditional one-on-one training. Your program begins with an introductory, complimentary movement evaluation and training session with one of our personal trainers. We devote this initial session to performing a thorough assessment and evaluation of each client to ensure that we identify and address the specific needs and goals of each client.

The initial session includes the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which is designed to screen for any deficits or asymmetries in movement patterns, strength, stability, and mobility. The evaluation may also includes other fitness and performance tests, which may vary depending on the client's fitness level and specific training goals.

Based on the results of the assessment and the goals of each client, we then develop an individualized training program for each client. Each training session is performed under the direct supervision of an Elite trainer in semi-private training sessions, which typically range from 1-4 clients per trainer. This small trainer-to-client ratio allows us to ensure that each client receives quality coaching, instruction and guidance to ensure proper form and technique with all exercises.

Elite’s team of trainers hold either a Bachelor’s degree in the field (i.e. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology) or a nationally-accredited certification in personal training or strength and conditioning, and many of them hold both. Many of them have years, even decades, of experience training clients of all ages. Rest assured you will receive expert guidance, coaching, and motivation from an experienced and educated training team who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of the field.

Most of Elite’s training programs are designed by Master Trainer, co-owner of Elite, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Peter Rappoli, MS, CCS, CSCS. The importance of quality, proven program design cannot be overstated, and we ensure that all of our clients are provided with a comprehensive training program that will help you improve your fitness, strength, endurance and power.


Safety

No one should hurt themselves while trying to better themselves and improve their fitness and performance. Elite’s trainers will ensure that clients perform exercises with proper form, appropriate resistance, optimal posture, correct breathing patterns, and spotting assistance as necessary.

We perform baseline testing at the beginning of every program as well as periodic re-testing sessions so we can demonstrate to each client the progress they have made and the goals they have achieved.
