Training Session Descriptions
Athlete Assessment
We provide a comprehensive Athlete Assessments to every new athlete at Elite. During this session, our staff performs a Functional Movement Screen, which identifies any movement asymmetries or muscle imbalances that we can address in the athlete’s program. In addition, we perform baseline strength, power and speed testing so we can track each athlete’s progress. This assessment allows us to customize our training programs to each athlete’s specific needs and goals.
Youth (Rookie) Training
60-minute session designed for youth athletes aged 8-11. These small group sessions focus on developing fundamental movement patterns, building strength and endurance, and improving speed and agility, all while keeping it fun and engaging.
Athlete Training

We design personalized, sport-specific programs for each athlete, which are performed under the direct supervision of our coaching staff in small group training sessions.
