Comprehensive, Personalized Programs for Every Athlete

At Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy, athletes of all ages and skill levels gain access to a full spectrum of performance training, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning solutions designed to elevate their game. Our training environments bring together certified strength coaches, physical therapists, and sports performance specialists who collaborate to support each athlete’s goals using evidence‑based methods.

Our comprehensive, personalized athlete training programs focus on improving athletes’ STRENGTH, SPEED, POWER, AGILITY and reducing the risk of injury. Each 60-minute, small group training session includes dynamic stretching, mobility work, speed/power/agility training, and strength training. Our expert team of sports performance coaches emphasizes proper form, technique and safety for optimal results. Sessions are currently offered at the following times (starting Monday, July 6th):

Mon/Wed/Friday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Tues/Thurs: 10:30-11:30 AM; 3:30 – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 10:300 – 11:30 AM

Oliver Erickson, BS, ACE

Director of Sports Performance/Assistant GM

Oliver Erickson is the Director of Sports Performance at Elite Health & Fitness, where he oversees athlete assessments, program development, and long-term athletic progression. An ACE Certified Personal Trainer and former Division II State Champion in Shot Put, Ollie combines years of competitive and coaching experience to help athletes build strength, power, speed, and confidence. His mission is to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes of all ages can reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Aaron Blinn, BS

Sports Performance Coach/Personal Trainer

Aaron Blinn earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Endicott College and competed as a Division III baseball player. His connection to Elite Sports Performance began years ago as a longtime athlete in the Elite Sports Performance Foxboro program, where he experienced firsthand the impact great coaching can have. Today, Aaron is excited to bring that experience full circle by helping the next generation of athletes build strength, improve movement, and develop the confidence to succeed both on and off the field.

Braeden Veno, BS, CPT

Sports Performance Coach/Personal Trainer

Braeden Veno holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. A former football player with 14 years of competitive experience and a background in lacrosse, Braeden brings tremendous energy and enthusiasm to every session. His coaching philosophy centers on meeting athletes where they are, building strong fundamentals, and helping each athlete unlock their full potential through individualized coaching and positive motivation.
